All custom-made pieces are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as each piece is crafted exclusively for you.

Ready Pieces

We offer a full refund on ready pieces from the Adorn Collection, provided the return is initiated within 7 business days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in perfect, unworn condition with all original packaging intact.

The Edit Collection

We offer full refunds on all returns from The Edit Collection. Please initiate your return within 7 business days of receiving your order.
